SkySCAN is one of Alfresco add-ons which can scan any document and modify its properties before directly store in destined destination.

Normally, scanning and data entry process are consisted of several different steps from scanning an actual document through scanning application, converting it into digital file, storing the file in a prepared folder before uploading it to organization server. Not to mention document indexing, required adding properties to certain document and so on. All of those mentioned procedure, without question, would definitely be burdensome to carry out.
