The Wiring and Cable Application is one of Skytizens’ Production Quality Control Plus+ solutions, which are digital solutions for inspecting and regulating production quality across various industries.
The Wiring & Cable application is intended to improve quality control by monitoring and controlling wired and cable installations.
How Does the App Work?
The Wiring & Cable application will be connected with the DB Center module, which manages and stores product models and parts lists. This makes the DB Center module equivalent to the database in the Production QC Plus+ quality control and inspection solution.
Only three stages to complete the inspection process, you can simply inspect and control the quality of wires and cables installation.
First, select the product model you would like to inspect, and the system will display product specifications, photos, and checking point information.
Second, inspect the quality of wire or cable installation at various areas. In this step, the system will display the points that need to be checked, as well as a photo-capture feature that may be used as an evidence record if a critical point or quality fails.
Finally, save the results to complete the inspection procedure.
Online Inspection and Approval
