What is Torque Control?
The Torque Control application is one of the Production Quality Control Plus+ solutions developed by Skytizens as a digital solution for inspecting and controlling production quality in all industries.
The Torque Control application has been designed and developed for monitoring and controlling torque values and can be connecting to a digital torque measurement wrench that can immediately send torque data into the system.
How does it work?
The Torque Control application will works together with the DB Center module, which is serving as the module for store and manage product model and parts data.
For measuring torque process, the first step is to select the product model and enter a required data, such as the production lot that you want to inspect. After that the system will display a inspection popup screen with some information such as standard torque value and you can enter the measured value yourself or automatically input by connect with a digital torque measuring device.
Automatic Processing Data
The system will automatically calculate the torque value and process the inspection result. If the average value of the measured torque exceeds the specified standard torque value, the system will display the result that the torque value is not within the standard value. In the case that the torque value is not in accordance with the standard value, an email can be sent to the relevant department immediately.
Excel Report with Control Graph
The system will automatically process and generate reports in MS Excel file format. The quality control and inspection reports come with inspection data and X-R control graph, which is a graph used to control the average value of the production process to assess production defects.
