The Production QC Plus+ Solution has been designed to be fully scalable, with the DB center serving as the main module for storing and managing product models and parts. While the Inspection modules can be added and connected to the DB center to perform inspections of specific parts of a given model.

- Wiring & Cable – diagnosis measures voltage, current, and resistance within an electrical circuit systems.
- Color Chart – a module that allows you to check the color quality of vehicle parts by comparing them with a reference table.
- Labels – a module that allow you to check the accuracy of labels sticking.
- Middle & Repair – Final general inspection comprising two stages, a complete inspection, and in the case of defect, the repair is requested.
