Configure Every Key Data
So far, we have learnt about all available workflows, from registration to distribution, from edit to cancellation. However, there is still one more function we need to know. Unlike others, this function is not a workflow, but a configuration. This ISO configuration allows any authorized user to add, remove, or edit master data relation. In short, master data are data with relation given to use within an e-form. For example, if you want to select a gender, the choice will always be “Male”, “Female”, and “Other”, given these three are all master data linked with “gender”. In addition, the user can also configure an organizational chart, which affect the order of workflow approvers, too.
