Step 1 - Login

Individuals log into both the Alfresco system and the Konica Minolta multifunction with manual Single Sign-On, or with a keycard. When task is completed user manually logouts or the system can automatically log out user.

Step 2 - Direct Scan

Every document or set of documents scanned are uploaded into the specific Alfresco folder in system as file type chosen. The document can be uploaded as user desired file type and can be immediately accessed and previewed within the Alfresco system.

Step 3 - Document Management

Users can print, share, or manage all Alfresco files from within the Konica Minolta Alfresco application. Users can adjust folders, settings, use Zonal data extraction, start workflows, apply electronic signatures, and more, all from the multifunction.

Step 4 - Complete Tasks

Users can complete all tasks in files and folders using only multifuction for their document management including all files already in their Alfresco account. Users can edit properties of files and folders and adjust format, combination, and aspects.
