Bring government operation into the digital era
We are currently developing an Alfresco electronic document management system specifically for the Marine Department. It will bring government operations and document management into the digital age while maintaining high security in accordance with international standards. Our Alfresco document management solution includes file and database encryption, as well as an audit log that can monitor and track all system activities. Alfresco Document Management System also have dynamic watermark that will show details of accessing, using, or downloading documents. Furthermore, the Alfresco document management system can restrict users’ rights to import files into the system (advanced file types blocker) and supports limiting access (access control) to document files to ensure that important documents are stored securely and appropriately and are only accessible to authorized users. Furthermore, our highlight feature, SKYScan, allows Marine Department workers to scan documents through a web browser and promptly upload them into the system, as well as create metadata for easily searching document files. The Alfresco Document Management System also includes a business reporting feature that automatically generates report on various operation aspects.
